"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to learn how to make my chicken with ciabatta and sausage stuffing and a side of dressing. Hi I'm Leah today I would like to talk to you about how I make my chicken with sausage and ciabatta stuffing. I love to entertain, I love to cook for big parties, I love to watch the Food Network and go through cooking magazines, get online and find these fancy recipes and go to the groceries and buy all these ingredients that I'm going to use for this one meal. That is how I came up with the idea for this meal when I cook at home for my husband honestly I don't want to go out and buy a lot of crazy stuff so I tend to throw together whatever I have leftover for some of these parties I have. That is how I came up with the idea for this meal. It just so happened that I had presidia, I had sausage, olives and a loaf of ciabatta bread that I wasn't going to do anything else with. I had fennel you know I never cooked with fresh fennel before except for this one recipe I had. I had celery so I decided I was just going to throw it all together and see what I came up with. So let me talk to you know about all the ingredients that we used in the chicken and sausage ciabatta stuffing."
