"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how to make Italian seasoned salmon. A little bit of fresh pepper and it is has the habanero pepper in there that is hot. You keep moving it around like that. You see how it is cooking there; it is really looking wonderful. I have it on medium heat again, stirring it around is what you want to do. Just continue to stir it around; don't burn it. Don't over cook it. Add a tad more olive oil just a little bit, just a little dash like that. It is going to suck in the olive oil the garlic and the basil and that is why I added a little bit more in there so that way I can put my fish in there now and just keep moving it. Move to the side."
