"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how to make Italian seasoned salmon. Now some people use butter when they cook their fish, I like to use the olive oil especially for this kind of recipe. If you don't like olive oil too much, please use the butter that is fine. I use a generous amount of olive oil about that much. Move it on the pan and get it on a medium heat you know. A little bit higher then medium heat to get it a little hot before I start basting my garlic in here to saute my garlic. I like my garlic a little bit sauteed before I start this recipe. Let it get it hot and make sure it is well coated. It is about to get hot now."
