"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how to make Italian seasoned salmon. I want to go ahead and cut a piece of lemon just to place a little bit over more salmon. Just a tad not much; I don't want to over power it. Make sure that they cut the skin off for you, you know when you go to go get your fish. Sometimes they leave a little there, here and there. I myself is not that picky I just like to have the skin off cause it just stays there fatty the skin and then you know it sticks to the pan and stuff. It is a fatty fish but it is really good for you so make sure you put a little lemon that just a tad just rub it in there. I don't use fresh or farm raised salmon. I try to get fresh salmon wild salmon to cause it just taste a lot nicer to me. "
