I'm going to take a general amount of garlic and I used up almost like a clove. There is almost like a clove here. I want to dice it up and cut it up really really small for this. Make sure your garlic when you choose it that it is not, when I do this kind of meal especially with fish and stuff I don't like to use a cut garlic that has been precut or they usually come in a glass container. I like to use fresh garlic so make sure it is really white and nice. That is how you know your garlic is really fresh and dice it up really really small like that. Just really really small, tiny pieces like that. Now if the garlic needed a little bit you know some times you can not take the skin off just hit it one time with a maillot there. "
