"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how to make Italian seasoned salmon. These are the ingredients for the Italian seasoned salmon. I'm going to take a nice piece of salmon about this big. This is for like one serving; you can do 2 or 3. This salmon here is a nice thick fillet. Some salmon come really thin you know there is another version which is more pinker and thiner. You don't want that kind of salmon. You want the salmon that is kind of really thick there, a nice piece of fillet. Don't use the end piece. We have Parmesan cheese, basil, lots of garlic, lemon, fresh pepper, seasalt, Spanish pepper, hot Spanish pepper, olive oil, and this cheese here is also Parmesan but it has already been grated and it has Romano cheese in it to."
