"Hi, my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX. On behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a steak and creole gravy recipe. We let our steak creole gravy simmer with the top on for a few minutes and that gravy mixture has thickening, you don't want it to thick. Now this is the point where you want to taste it for seasoning so we are going to add maybe a teaspoon of the seasoning mixture that we mixed earlier. Mix that and with our steak now you can taste it now but you are really not going to now just how effective those seasoning were. So you want to get it mixed in and then give it a couple of minutes to cook in to break down and spread throughout the dish. We are almost done here we turned our heat down so we have once we put our top on we'll have a slow simmer give that steak time to get really tender. It smell wonderful, so we got our seasonings in and I'll put the top back on, I'll see you back at the next step."
