"Hi, Bill Lyons here for Expert Village, talking about our quick Thai Curry. Our heavier vegetables, our carrots, or onions, our peppers, are starting to par cook. Now it's time for in my case the snow peas. We're going to pop those in, mix our snow peas around. If you have broccoli or another more delicate vegetable, you could pop that in now. Make sure that you stir it around. That way everything is evenly mixed. Now you can have curry with either rice, or you can have any kind of Asian noodle of your choice. Tonight, I'm using a dried egg noodle and a rice vermicelli. Different product. This is a rice noodle. Very thin, very delicate noodle, cooks very quickly. This is a dried egg noodle, which is a wheat based noodle. You can also have soba noodles, buckwheat noodles. There are many different kinds of oriental noodles you can have. Again noodles or rice can go with this dinner. One minute while we toss our curry again. There's our vegetables going."
