"Hi I'm Greg from Expert Village and today we are going to make gnocchi. Then crack a egg into the center and it does not matter how many potatoes you use only use one egg. Then whisk it. Then serve about 1/2 cup of flour. Making gnocchi is more of a art then science there is no real measurements in any of the ingredients it all depends on the consistency. So you need to eyeball it. So add enough flour to where it is not sticking to your hands anymore but you don't want to put to much in or it would taste like flour. Then you would be in for a little of a surprise when you cook it because it is going to disintegrates it to nothing. "
