"Hi! I'm Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I am here to show you a deep dish pizza crust. Okay now, it's garlic time. We are just going to make some slices along the garlic. We are just basically going to chop it up along with the onions and bell pepper, this is going to be mixed directly into the sauce so that we get that garlic flavor. I do like garlic and we are using about 3 or 4 large cloves. Put as much or as little as you want into this. Like I always said over and over, I like garlic so I'll put quite a bit into this dish, every dish. So we are using a little paring knife to make the initial chops on the garlic and then what I do is take my little cleaver here and run it back and through to make my chops more fine. Anyway I'm finished chopping my garlic and I'll put that to the side and move on."
