"Hi! My name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I am here to show you a deep dish biscuit crust pizza. Okay, let's put together our seasoning mix. One thing I like to do all the time is pre-mix my seasoning so we already had it done once so we won't have to guess later on if we have to add. So we are going to add some garlic salt, a little black pepper and once again, I don't measure. I just kind of see it and I am pretty much aware of what it is. We are going to add some onion powder, a little garlic powder, some sweet basil and of course, some oregano. We are using dry basil and dry oregano. Then once we get this all together, we are going to use our little fork here to mix all those ingredients up so we will have a uniformed seasoning mix to use throughout the dish. We will use it when we brown our ground meat as well as the overall sauce that we put together. So now that we have our seasoning mix all mixed together, we can move on to our step."
