Fish Preparation for Korean Fish Fries

"Hi this is Eunyoung Kim from South Korea on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to make Korean fish fries. This is just like normal frozen trout you can buy from the supermarket anywhere and I defrosted by microwave or you can just put it on the kitchen in the morning and you can use it when you cook it. I would just cut this fish you can cut whenever you want, make some pieces okay, so you can use any white fish for it. It doesn't have to be the trout and then you can prepare the bowl and the fish in here, also put some salt in it and mix it."
