"Hi! This is Josiah Owens with Expert Village and today we're going to be talking about making meatless lasagna. Now we're going to talk about chopping up our fresh spinach for our lasagna. You can use baby spinach is fine. You can also use frozen spinach precooked if you want to. It's up to you. It'll save you a step. What you want to do is chop this up into really small pieces. We're eventually going to cook this. It's going to make it a lot easier to pick up with a fork later. We're going to need about 3/4 of a cup. A little bit more if you'd like to if you're really into spinach. The recipe calls for 3/4 of a cup. You'll chop them until they're about this big. They're going a little bit when we cook them."
