Go ahead and cut the ends off both sides. Make sure you keep your fingers in. Cut them in half. You want to cut them about 1/8 of an inch. About that big. You need about one large zucchini for this or two medium, medium-small. Squash also works if you want to switch it up. It's up to you. It adds a little bit more color. "
