"Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village, and today we'll be talking about making meatless lasagna. And now we're going to talk about chopping your garlic for your lasagna. We're going to start off by taking four cloves of fresh garlic. Now one way to go ahead and peel this is to place a clove of garlic on the cutting board, take the flat blade of your knife, and just hit it one good time. That way it just peels right off. After that go ahead and cut the end off. Repeat the steps for all four cloves. Make sure you get all the little pieces off. You don't want any skin on here. Make sure to cut all the edges off, excuse me, all the end pieces. After that, you just want to chop it into tiny little pieces. That size is fine. "
