"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp sausage recipe. Let's start with our holy trinity and the first portion of our holy trinity which is going to be our green bell pepper. This were going to use our green red and yellow bell pepper so I'm just slicing these length wise so once again it's our holy trinity. It's just that were going to add 3 different types of bell pepper to it this one's the green and were doing this because in this sausage we really want the colors to come through. It's a pretty sausage expression when you have all the different colors coming through and then the green bell pepper also flavor wise it's a bit stronger. Than the yellow and the red but we want those colors so we'll just cut a little bit more of the green. We're just making small dices all of this is going to go into our mixture which is then going to go through the grinder okay here's the green bell pepper let's move on."
