Let's start with our veggies here were going to use a little green, yellow and red bell pepper, were going to use some garlic, some onion, some celery, bell pepper onion and celery makes up our holy trinity. Were going to use some red chili's and some serrano chili's for the heat some green onions. Some kosher salt some of those creole seasonings that we use a little old bay thats for the shrimp a little red pepper, more heat some garlic powder a little chili powder and a little cool mint just to get that sausage flavor. Of course casings to stuff the sausage in and the pork that were going to use were going to use some country style pork ribs for the pork portion.
