"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a simple chicken and sausage gumbo. Okay we let out chicken cook down and it is basically cooked away from the bones and stuff so now we are going to add our La Dewey sausage into in there and mix them around. We put the sausage in later cause we don't want them as long as the chicken and then you sausage would start to cook down, down, and cook down and we just want to get them in there. They are already cooked, we render them and we basically want to just let them heat through and we are going to add a little bonus ingredient after that it is optional you can do it if you want just to show you that you can but ya we are just going to let those sausage cook for about 5 minutes and then wee are going to add one more ingredient and move on from there."
