"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a simple chicken and sausage gumbo. Okay with our garlic here we are just going to cut the our cloves in half we are going to cheat a little bit and what I'm using is actually a coffee bean grinder. I use this for grinding up black and white and red pepper corns but we are going to use it to chop our garlic just put it in and pulse it there. Then it spreads our garlic all over the place. If we look down in the bottom here we would have our garlic all chopped up and it took us no time or you can just spend your time chopping it with you knife I like to do that sometimes but right now I'm just trying to get it done so I wanted to use this device. Anyways we would scrap our garlic out, add it to the rest of our veggies the holly trinity that we have here and move on."
