"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a simple chicken and sausage gumbo. Okay now we are just going to cut our celery here what we are going to do is just take the rib and we are going to cut down the middle of the rib. Then just chop we are going to get some medium size pieces they don't have to be to small but you don't want them to large. You want to kind of keep your fingers bent back so you don't add that to your gumbo even though your gumbo consist of a lot of stuff your fingers are not one of those items you want to add. So we are getting our celery chopped here and we are going to continue on and chop the rest of our celery and move on to the next step."
