"Hi, I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you part 1 of the 3 part series we like to call making a meal. Okay with our garlic here we're just going to cut the cloves in half, we're going to cheat a little bit. What I'm using is actually a coffee bean grinder. I use this for grinding up black and white and red pepper corns, but we're going to use it chop our garlic. Just put it in and I pulse it through, then the spreads are going all over the place. If you look down in the bottom here we have our garlic all chopped up, it took us no time. Or you could just spend your time chopping it with your knife, I like to do that sometimes but right now I'm just trying to get it done so I wanted to use this device. Alright, we'll scrape our garlic out, add it to the rest of our veggies the holy trinity that we have there and move on."
