"Hi my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you part 1 of a 3 part series we like to call making a meal. Okay let's move on and start making our seasoning mix. We're going to use a little garlic salt, some black pepper, some creole seasoning, which you can get it premade at your local grocer. Some garlic powder, some onion powder and some paprika and we'll take this mixture and mix it up with our whisk and this is what we'll use to season our chicken. So here we have it, our seasoning mix, a nice combination and we'll move onto our next step. "
