Any way we are going to move on and continue on preparing our Holy Trinity over to the basic staples of vegetables that we use in our creole cooking. So we are going to look at the onion; let's peel that. Pull the skin off of that onion. Okay. Got the peel off of the onion. So let's cut that and dice that the same way we did the bell peppers. Going to make some vertical places. We are going to chop our onion in order to make the second layer of our Holy Trinity. "
