"Hi! My name is Karl James and on behalf of expertvillage.com, we are going to continue on Fish Courtbouillon recipe; specifically cat fish is what we are using. Let's look at our ingredients. Of course, we want do cat fish and we are going to use fillets. We are also going to add our creole seasoning and basically our salt, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion and some other things, paprika, cayenne pepper. We are going to use green onions in our recipe. Of course we are going to use the traditional Trinity Mix which includes bell pepper, onion, celery and we are going to add a good traditional garlic 2 pods, couple of bay leaves and to add some kick to it our Tye chili peppers. Also put in a can of chopped, cubed or diced tomatoes. You can use fresh tomatoes if you like. Some Worcestershire Sauce and as a bonus today and this is something I like to add we are also going to add some shrimp. Any way, so that;s the ingredients and let's get started. "
