" Hello my name is Karl James and on behalf of expertvillage.com. I'm showing you a quick simple smother pork chop receipt. Cut our onions. Now lets look at our bell pepper. What I'm going to do I'm not going to use our whole bell pepper I'm going to cut about half of it. Popping on your hands like that so we get most of the seeds up. We just rinse it so we could get the rest of the seeds out. Take a paper towel here and just dry it lightly. Now we can just take a knife and just slice the bell pepper. One thing is when you are cutting your vegetables you really want to try to keep like a uniform size so if you are cutting a small cubes and you want to cube everything rather then just keeping your onions and slicing your bell peppers. That way it helps everything to cut evenly. There you have your bell pepper all ready to add."
