"Hi! My name is Karl James, owner of Creosole Catering and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. Okay, now that we've got our onions, I should say shallots and garlic, sweat it down nice and translucent there, nice and soft, bring out the sweetness in the garlic, we are going to finish building the barbecue sauce that we are going to put on top of our rabbit. We are going to start with about an ounce of Worcester sauce and add some balsamic vinegar, a little soy sauce and we will mix that around in there. We'll use that as a little base. then we will add some barbecue to our store bought to the base and that's a cup and a half; we'll mix that in to that. If you are somebody that prefers a more sweeter taste, you can add a couple of tablespoons of honey to this or a little brown sugar. We'll put a cup of water in there to thin that sauce out a little bit and mix that u0p. Mix it up pretty good there and we are just going to let that simmer for a little bit so all those flavors can blend together and so they are all combined. So this will be the sauce that we put on top of the rabbit to give it a nice barbecue flavor. "
