"Hi! My name is Karl James owner of Creosole Catering and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. Now what we are doing is we are taking our rabbit and browning it, putting some color in it. Basically we are using about 2 tablespoons of oil, olive oil at a medium high heat. Like I said we are just browning the rabbit and we want to get some color in there so let it brown on one side and we flip it over and get it to brown on the other side Plus we are not cooking it all the way through because in rest of the recipe is when the rabbit will finish cooking. Get some color on it; it's not cooked through but you can see where it is getting some color and we'll move on from here. "
