"Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creole Soul Catering and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. I'm here to show you a few easy delicious recipes for cooking rabbit. We have our little rabbit here, this is a domestic rabbit, the young ones are ranged somewhere between 2 to 2 1/2 pounds. An older domestic rabbit will be anywhere from 3 to 5 pounds. It's white meat, it's really delicate and tender. Their cousins which would be the hares and that would consist of say the jackrabbit or the snowshoe rabbit, they're the wild rabbit. Anyway their meat is a lot darker, a little bit tougher, but the flavor is very robust. Anyway, this is our rabbit and we're going to cook him, let's go."
