" Hi! My name is Karl James owner of Creoesoul catering in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a quick easy spaghetti recipe. Okay now that we have our onion, our bell pepper, garlic sweated down we are going to add the complete building our sauce from the freshly cut tomatoes and then we are going to put in 2 cups of our tomato sauce. Let's mix that up in here get in our sauce combined in here it is at this point also really thick so I'm going to actually add a little water to this also. I'm going to pretty much slowly pour in some water to thicken this at least to dilute it, to thin it out. That is about 2 cups of water in there and kind of mix that up. So now that we have this done this is our sauce we add the water so now lets put in a little more seasoning just to balance out the water cause the water is not seasoned. So we add that in. Now that we have this sauce combined we are going to cover it, turn the heat down on it and let it simmer and now we would work on our spaghetti. "
