Okay let's look at our onion and do some chopping we are going to take our onion and actually make some little slices on it and kind of chop that somewhat fine if you like. If you are someone who likes sauce with a lot of chunkiness you can make your chops a little larger but it really not going to matter with the onion because you cook it it is going to actually disappear presay. So we would chop our onions here. You know it is funny to me I never had a problem and I know a lot of people do with chopping onions and the whole crying thing maybe it is just my eyes. Chop some more onions and here we have the onion chopped as part of our sauce preparation and lets move on."
