" Hi! My name is Karl James owner of Creoesoul catering in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a quick easy spaghetti recipe. Okay let's look at the ingredients that we are going to need to make this dish. First of all we are going to use some tomato, we are going to cut up some green pepper, some onions. Like I said earlier we are using the dry spaghetti if you want fresh pasta feel free if you want to switch up from spaghetti and use macaroni or linguini noodles it up to you, fettuccine noodles is would all work. Also some garlic we are going to use about 3 garlic cloves and a secret thing that I use is and you decide whether you want to add it or not but I actually add anchovies and I use that to take up for the lack of salt that I actually use in the dish and the seasonings and like I said we are going to go with tomato sauce and make our sauce from that. Also I will show you a nice little mix cause that is something that I like to do is premix my seasonings so I will show you what we are using in that in a up coming segment. Okay. "
