"Hi! I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you craw fish etouffee. Okay what we are going to do now we are going to take our craw fish and with the seasoning mix we are going to put that on our craw fish here. You cover that with some of the seasoning and then set that aside. Alright set that. When you are cooking a lot of times you know put the things you like and add to it. I mean the basic receipt to craw fish etouffee I'm mean it is basically the same no matter what, what makes your different is what you add to it. We are going to take craw fish etouffee and what we are going to add to it we are going to add some shrimp so we are actually doing a craw fish and a shrimp etouffee at the same time here. Put some seasoning there and we are also going to add to this well how about this how about a little crab meat also. So as most of my friends know when I do cook for them I'm make a gumbo you know you have a lot of people that would do either a chicken sausage gumbo or seafood gumbo, me I put everything in it gumbo and it is the same thing we are going to do with this craw fish etouffee. Now when you do it at home you can leave out the shrimp and the crab meat and just stick with the craw fish. You can take out the craw fish and just leave the shrimp if you like the chose is yours we are going to do with this one some of everything and now lets move on to our veggies. "
