Okay in this segment I'm going to show you how to make our seasoning mix. We are going to do that ahead of time. Me when I do my seasoning I have been putting them together for a long time now I don't really use a spoon or anything so we are going to do some estimates here. We are going to add in here we are going to add some cayenne look at that I'm starting with the cayenne. Give it some heat and then add some onion salt, and add some bay seasoning. We are also going to add some garlic powder, all yes some black pepper and a little bit of garlic salt because we like garlic and then we are going to add in what we have here we a little thyme, we have a little sweet basil, we have a pinch of oregano and some dry parsley so we are going to add all of those also into our seasoning mix. We are going to mix that up and then we move on from here and get to our craw fish. "
