"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make hot links. Okay we have taking one of our casing and we threaded it on to our sausage nozzle and we are going to tie some string to the other end so that we have one end sealed off. Then we are going to take our sausage our link mixture put that on top here, and then what we are going to do is we are going to press this through and start filling up our links here.
