"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make hot links. Okay so this is how we are going to taste the meat to see if is seasoned correctly. We took a little bit of that meat and we have it here put it in a skillet and we are just going to cook this up so we can give it a taste. We would do this now and that way we would see if our meat is seasoned right before we go any further. It just takes a few minutes cause you are just using a little bit of the meat here but it is pork and you definitely don't want to taste that raw. So this is how we check the seasoning. So we continue to cook this up just like I want it. Anyway so this is a trick to checking your seasonings when you are working with raw meats just take a little bit of it, cook it up, give it a taste, if you need some thing go back and add it to the meat. That is it let's move on. "
