"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make hot links. Okay now that we have our meat all grinded up we are going to add our seasoning that we made to the meat and we are going to mix this all throughout our I tell you what I'm going to use my hands and I can give it throughout don't be afraid to use them you got them. So we just want to get those seasonings all through. Now how do you know if you have enough seasoning in your meat? I show you next segment cause I know you are not going to want to taste any raw pork like my partner was suggesting to do she is right there. Anyways we are going to get these seasoning mixed all into this meat and then in the next segment I will show you how to check to see if the seasoned well anyways we would move on from here."
