"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make hot links. Okay let's look at our seasonings and spices that we are going to use for hot links we are going to use sea salt here and this is enough to seasoning the whole batch that we are going to have. A little black pepper, some paprika, hot Cajun in seasonings that we use everything even ice cream. A little chili powder and of course some cumin using ground cumin here. Okay and we would start mixing this I can already smell the cumin. We are going to get this all mixed up okay here is our seasoning that we are going to use for our links and let's move on. "
