How to Assemble a Meat Grinder

"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make hot links. Okay now let's assemble our grinder and basically all grinder are alike we have basically our grinder, the bulk of the machine the machine itself, we are going to be using a head which we put in and lock into place there. Tighten that little screw then what we have is called our feed pusher, we are going to put that right in there. Feed pusher feeds through it goes in there. Then we have our cutter blade, cutting blade right here and it will fit right in the end of the screw. Then we have our blade guide we are using the largest one for this set. They come in different sizes but we are going to have a more of a coarse chop our grind and that would lock into place here. Then of course our screw cover, screw that right on then our top tray would stick on the top here so we put our meat here and our food pusher to push everything through it will come out this side. Anyway here is our grinder let's move on."
