"Hey guys my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to show you how to plate your chicken taco. I'm going to take a different approach on the chicken this time, I'm just going to lay my tortilla down like this, get three strips of chicken and kind of do it in a little angle like that. What you want to do is get your mango pico de gallo just get a little ball. Put a little bit at the very end like that make sure you got a little mango showing to really pretty. You want to get yourself, you let me get a knife for this. Kind of get your pretty little avocado and kind of just face it towards there that way you kind of got a vertical look to. What you want to do is get your cheese, kind of sprinkle your cheese all around your taco, maybe a little bit on your avocado. Get yourself a little cilantro and you just want to put a little bit around there and you got yourself a nice looking little plate. If you want to squirt a little bit of your little dressing on your taco you can or you can put a little dollop of sour cream which I'm going to do. What I like to do is get a spoon and get a little dollop and you can put that right at the end of the avocado, a little bit of my tomato a little smaller tomato in here. On top and you got yourself a little nice plate chicken fajitas to go. "
