"Hi guys my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village. We are going to move on to the seasoning part of my vegetable fajitas. What I like to do is I like to get a lime. Kind of want to if it is not really tender you can roll it and push it down so you can make those juices flow, cut it in half, squeeze your lime all over these vegetables. One of the main reason I'm using the lime is flavor but another reason I'm using it is so that all that seasoning would actually stick to the vegetables. Once you get that first coat you kind of just want to toss that around like that and put a whole other coat. Now if you want more portabella in there you can add more if that is what you want or you can add more bell pepper or more onion I really don't have a recipe there is not like a set number of portabella that I put in there it is just preference. I really don't like to many portabella it in it so I got a few of them in there to kind of substitute the meat but besides that I don't like to use anything else. You just want to coat evenly with your seasonings all the way around. Liquid smoke coat with your liquid smoke, fresh ground black pepper, and toss it and you want to do that with your garlic powder and maybe if you want to season it some more you can. That is it for seasoning thank you. "
