"Hi guys my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to move on to my vegetable fajitas or vegetarian fajitas. I'm going to show you how to kind of cut every single item. First of all these portabella mushrooms they are already presliced as you can see but you can see closely these black ridges if you cook your portabella mushrooms with these black ridges it is going to turn nasty and black. What you want to do is cut these little ridges off just like I did right there and stick you want to cut all of it off I mean they just I don't know why restaurants don't do that but I don't like the way that is. You want to have portabella like this. If you find any portabellas in here that are completely black you want to get rid of those you don't want them to be soggy or anything like that. These portabella mushrooms are already prewashed if you want to go over them with a light towel or something to dust them off but basically the whole point is to take off all these black ridges that you see on your portebellas that way nothing will get all black and nasty and taste gross. That is it for cutting your portabellas. Now cutting your bell peppers one thing I like to do is I like to just cut the top off of the bell peppers completely and then you go in there with your knife and you kind of work the center part of that and this is something you don't want to cook but this is the inside of your bell pepper. Slice down and you want to cut your bell pepper with the skin side down that way it is more stable, this cut it into long strips. Just like your portabellas looked long strips as you can see inside there basically the same size. What you want to do with your onion cut one side off, cut the other side off, pop the middle of the top of your bell pepper off so you can keep that you can still cook all that. Grab all that skin off of your onion. Now if you go to your local grocery store they do have prediced onions I have never seen onions that are presliced in length wise like I'm about to do. Cut it in half and the halves that go down you want to cut just like that long thin strips. That way everything is pretty consistent whenever you are eating your vegetables fajitas. Now with your tomato I don't like to use the inside of my tomato most people don't they usually deseed and take everything out the inside. What you can do is just go around it, just take the inside part out completely it is called deseeding everybody does it. Cut your tomatoes into long strips just like that. "
