"Hi guys my name is J I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to talk to about how to seasoning your meat. What I like to do is get my meat and put foil underneath it that way the foil would catches all the seasons and you can just throw that all away. First I would like to start with my liquids that way all my seasonings would actually stick to my meat. So what I'm going to use first is my Worcestershire sauce and you just want to evenly distribute that across the whole meat. I'm going to do the other side, now the liquid smoke. The liquid smoke you don't want to over do it cause it is really really powerful. This is a mesquite liquid smoke which is a very taste liquid smoke and you are going to get that nice authentic mesquite flavor that you would get cooking outdoors. Now for the seasonings I got my premade fajitas seasoning here you could probably find this at your local grocery store if not this brand you can find another type of brand but what it is it is a premade seasoning that has everything from garlic powder, to onion powder, to tenderizer and it also has a lot of salt so you don't want to do is use more salt. So I recommend to seasoning with fajitas season in place of your salt and you want to look at the back of the ingredients all the time whenever you buy these premade seasonings and see what is in there. If it says salt then I would recommend not using more then what you should. Fresh ground black pepper and you just want to evenly coat that and what I did I don't know if you where watching but I brought my hand up pretty high and I evenly coated my meat completely. Since I'm not marinading my meat I want to definitely want to put as much seasoning to coat this as possible that way you get as much flavor as you would from marinading. Flip that around, evenly coat that again, bring your hand up high that way every single bite of the fajitas has a nice good flavor. Fresh ground black pepper and last but not least I put garlic powder only one side, bring it up high, evenly coat your meat with that garlic powder. Also another tip I have for you guys seasonings go bad so if you know that your seasoning is more then 6 months old I would toss it in the trash can go buy a new one, it make a big difference in your food and I guarantee you that you would agree with me when you see the difference between a new and a old seasoning. Also another tip I like to give you is I keep my seasoning in the fridge that way it stays fresher longer and that is how you season your meat for cooking. "
