"Hi guys my name is J I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to talk to you about preparing the cook. I'm got my beef fajitas here and what I did is cut it in half and I do that cause it doesn't completely fit in my pan. The first tip for preparing the cook is to let your meat sit out in room temperature before you start cooking. You actually want to let it sit out for a hour, it actually depends on how cold your meat is when you take it out of the fridge or when you buy it from the store. But you want it to be in room temperature that way when it hits the pan it does not decrease the value of temperature in the pan, it stays nice and hot and that is how you get good meat. Another tip that I got for you is the preheat your pan. But preheating your pan it is going to be nice and ready for you to start cooking. Now this cast iron pans you don't want to sit a cold pan on a hot stove so you got your stove on preheat make sure the pan is on there. Another tip that I have for you is to preseason our meat, you want to preseason your meat that way it is ready to go into the oven or to go in the stove and that way all the flavors penetrates the meat and you want to do that with your chicken and beef or whatever it is that you are cooking. Some people actually like to preseasoned the meat stick in the fridge over night and you actually get a lot more flavor like that if you don't have all day to do that then you can just preseason it give it about 15-20 minutes before you start cooking and your meat would be perfect I guarantee it. Thank you guys I would talk to you in the next clip. "
