"Hi guys my name is J I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going show the ingredients in cooking the beef. You can over here and take a look at the beef we got a nice round top skirt steak here, this is a tenderize version as you can tell there is a lot of little dots in there and they tenderizes the meat. Usually if you use flank steak or inside skirt steak for fajitas I like to use this round top, tenderize steak only cause it is a lot softer when you eat, it taste good there is hardly any fat on it. Next thing we are going to use is a little bit of pan cooking spray and that is just from keep the meat from sticking. We are going to go with fresh ground black pepper you definitely want to use the fresh pepper corns not the ground stuff because this has so much more flavor and it would make your meat that much better. Here I got some premade fajitas seasoning, you can make your own fajitas seasoning if you like or you can use a marinade or a rub or whatever it is that you do. I like to just use a dry rub, I don't like to marinade at all that much because this fajitas seasoning that I use has tenderizer in it. You can buy tenderizer separately and use that or you can tenderize it with a tenderizing tool. I like to just use this tenderizing seasoning with tenderizer it also has a bunch of salt it in and that is why I'm not using salt in my ingredient. Also I like to use a Worcestershire sauce very good thing for beef and some liquid smoke and this is going to give us that nice smoky flavor that you get from cooking outdoors. Last but not least garlic powder some people would recommend using fresh garlic. You can do that if you like but today I'm just using regular garlic powder it is up to you what you want to do and that is all the ingredients for cooking your beef fajitas. "
