"Hi guys my name is J I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to be making fajitas. I'm going to show you how to make fajitas I'm going to show you how to make fajitas and I'm going to talk about the couple of tools that you need to make fajitas indoor. First of all you are going to need a cast iron pan like this one you want one that has ridges in there just like that so you can get those nice grilled marks on your meat. We also need another cast iron pan for your tortillas. You definitely need some foil so you can wrap your meat in once it is cooked. You need some spring loaded thongs cause you don't ever want to poke your meat with forks or knives or anything you want to flip it with some thongs and that would be your best thing for your meat that way all the juices won't come out of your meat. You are going to need a very sharp knife a chef knife is prefer type of knife. I like to use 2 types of cutting boards I got the nice little cheap cutting board that you can pay $2 at the store for I use this for my vegetables that way I can just pop them into my pan and I got this nice other cutting board here a plastic or glass is prefer for meat. Cause it is a lot easier to clean then wood and also you are going to need something to put your meat in once it is done that way you can sit there and rest and keep the meat nice and hot. Those are just the small little bit of tools that we are going to need for indoor cooking. I will talk to the clips after this about the other stuff. "
