"Hi my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole pork chop recipe. We got everything now into our skillets and as it's been cooking that water and flour mixture along with our vegetables and herbs and stuff it has thickened. So we're just going to add a little bit more water to each one of these skillets. Give it a little quick mix, skillet one and also skillet two. We got the heat at medium, we're going to drop it to about a under medium. We're going to cover both pots and we're just going to let these simmer for about 15, 20 minutes. The pork chops will then start to fall apart and all those flavors start to melt together and we'll see you at the next step."
