"Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you a Creole Pork Chop recipe. Okay, let's look at mixing our seasonings. And the seasonings that we're going to use for our pork shops, we're going to use some black pepper, some paprika, and we're using Spanish paprika, that creole seasoning mix that says more spice and we're going to use some coarse sea salt. A little garlic powder and of course, some cayenne pepper, just a little bit. Just a little bit. Now, we'll mix that up and we'll use this seasoning to season our pork chops as well as we'll add some of this to the final portion of our dish to cook in. There's our season all mixed. Delicious and ready to go. So, let's move on to our next step."
