"Hello my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a chipotle hot sausage recipe. Okay here we have it, these are finish sausage. This is our chipotle hot sausage we used pork and beef as the meat. We did red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, our holly trinity, onion and celery also with that, some garlic, some parsley, curly parsley, some nice fresh basil, some green onions, garlic. Did I say garlic? Garlic and our seasonings and then we put in our Serrano peppers, some cayenne peppers, and our star chipotle peppers that are through the sausage. What you typically would do is take these and put them on a smoker and we would let these smoke for a while cause you want to cook all that stuff inside and I think you would end up with a very good tasty sausage. Impress your friends, give it a try, it's easy. I did it all by myself. Invite friends over, have a sausage party. See you next time bon appetite. "
