"Hello my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a chipotle hot sausage recipe. We are continuing to build our mixture. Here we got our pork country style ribs, our beef rib-eye, pork country style rib eye plus fat, our holly trinity; red, green, yellow bell peppers, onion, celery, some green onion, garlic, onion, celery, garlic. Anyway we got our herbs in there, the curly parsley, the basil, Serrano peppers, and now the chipotle peppers goes in this is, our main source of heat. So we would get that in there it should add a really nice kick to it, I mean a really nice kick so we would mix that all into here, fold it together. Once again this whole mixture is going to go through the grinder and you can smell those chipotles from here. Can you smell them from there? Cold. Kind of cold I got to leave it alone. All this time I was assuming it was a cold but anyway I can smell them. These chipotles are coming through you can smell the basil, you can smell the onion and the bell pepper. It smells good. Okay so I think they are folded in nice, let's move on to our next step. "
