"Hello my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a chipotle hot sausage recipe. Okay we continuing to build our sausage mixture. We started with the pork country style ribs, we added the beef rib-eye, the holly trinity with the bell peppers, red, green and yellow. The onion, the celery, then we added some scallions to this, tossed in our garlic and then started adding some herbs. We added some fresh curly parsley chopped and then we added some nice fresh basil. Now let's put our heat in the first one, our Serrano peppers that we have chopped and once again we start to fold this in with our mixture and yes it is all going into the grinder. So we continue to fold all of these ingredients together, all the colors, we just added the Serrano the first layer of heat in the bowl."
